Between 11:30am to 12:30pm today, some customers were experiencing ASR error of their call requests. This was caused by rapid surge of requests that we weren't expecting. It was resolved after added backup servers. To remediate future problems of the same kind, we added more aggresive autoscaling to our GPU servers.
